LinkedIn Post Date Finder

LinkedIn shows relative ages like "3mo" instead of real dates. Paste a post URL and this tool reads the post's identifier to work out when it was published, down to the timestamp. Useful for citing a post, checking how old a claim is, or building a timeline of someone's activity.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find a post's URL?
Open the menu on the post and choose the option to copy the link, or open the post on its own page and copy the address bar URL.
Does this work for comments or articles?
It is built for feed posts. Article and comment URLs use different identifiers and may not return a date.
Is the timestamp in my timezone?
The result is shown in your browser's local timezone so it lines up with what you see elsewhere on LinkedIn.
